Convenient to motorway - purely used as an overnight stop-over on the way to skiing in Alps.
Very noisy - close to busy road. Did not welcome fire alarm that went off at 5.30am.

Greatly enjoyed Chambery, the hotel was gorgeous in the middle of the city. Overall it was amazingly comfortable in an occupied bedroom. The stuff that checked us in was helpful and pleasant.

On arrival no staff reception closed gate locked and took a while to figure out that there was a machine in the grounds - very dark - to insert credit card - to get a room card for access - spent the night itching due to possibly bed bugs. Not good after driving for 9 hours.

A fantastic hotel that we really enjoyed staying at. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. the setting was great, being very close to the France and Channel Islands, the Alps for skiing, and the restaurant. it was conveniently located not far from St Paul's Church.

room smelled of sanitizer until door left open long enough for it to disperse leaving a smell of dogs! walls grey with age -room needs urgent redecoration. toilet flush broke during stay - not typical of Premiere Classe hotels which we often use and are always clean and good value for money

It was a very very good stay for one night. My triple room was equipped with central heating, a work desk, and TV. the location was peaceful for exploring this industrialized area, short walk to skiing in Alps, and France and Channel Islands.

The room was exceptionally nice and outstanding, had nice separate bathroom. It was based in pretty building in a super and great location, to skiing in Alps. It was at a moderate distance from Quick, serving fast food🙂
